This module will:

• Identify the importance of program evaluation and client feedback in the data-informed customization of career service design and delivery
• Introduce how a design-thinking process can inform customization
• Consider client-level customization opportunities (e.g., age- and stage-appropriate, technology, accommodations, English language learner vs. low literary)
• Consider customization opportunities for implementation/delivery (e.g., individual vs. group, online vs. in-person, in-class vs. on-site)
• Consider strategies for identifying service gaps and community needs, informing policy adjustments, and/or prototype/pilot projects
