This module will:

• Introduce a holistic approach to career that incorporates a diverse set of dynamic, interconnected factors across work, life, and learning domains
• Provide a summary of relevant system-based theories and models which extend beyond individual, client factors to include familial, peer, and cultural/societal factors
• Consider how power and privilege influence/intersect with opportunities and possibilities
• Examine the influence of organizational structures (e.g., service/funding mandates, job roles/responsibilities) and practitioner factors (e.g., boundaries of competence)
