This module will:

• Examine strategies for fostering mutual trust/respect and building a strong working alliance
• Introduce how to create a mattering climate and foster a culture of kindness
• Learn how to use responsive, client-centred approaches whereby the client serves as a compass actively guiding next steps
• Explore “attending” strategies for deepening client-practitioner connections
• Consider the dual-client model where individuals and employers are clients
