• Provide a summary of your own practice (e.g., What services/supports do you offer? Who are your clients? What career concerns/challenges are they grappling with?)
• Critically evaluate how you currently demonstrate the 5 Core Practices in your own practice
• Provide a recommendation for improvement within your own practice for each of the 5 Core Practices; for each recommendation, include a specific timeline and identify required resources and supports necessary for implementation
